People Change Management Facilitation
- People Change Management implementer and facilitator who will support a Swiss Re wide Change Management framework, drive change management and communication activities and support change projects within Swiss Re.
Business Process Improvement Cross-Functional
- By applying Lean 6Sigma methodology turning the quality of any process into a statistical and numerical format for much easier adjustments, improvements and analysis as well as a more accurate scope.
Project Management Throughout Lifecycle
- Provide project management services by identifying project risks and plan for mitigating them, develop a project schedule with detailed tasks; monitor the project progress; reschedule when required, report project status; co-ordinate with other team members.
- Review project/process designs for compliance, company standards, client requirements, benefits and related specifications. Provide engagement administration tasks including budget, scope and schedule.
- Manage stakeholder group for such projects. Provide advice to sponsor and stakeholders for project set-up, project risk management, issue resolution, project investment/benefits management.
Business Requirements Gathering
- Accurately define the requirements and staying on course from the beginning which is critical to a project?s success. Drive the analysis and documentation of business requirements and the documentation of the solution?s vision and scope.
