My financial services client requires a competent Systems Project Manager to join their team in Bingley, West Yorkshire, to manage and provide support to delivering the portfolio of change within the Treasury (and wider Finance function as necessary) ensuring timely and accurate completion of necessary project administration/documentation and regulatory requirements to meet milestone and implementation target dates as well as providing technical application support and performing problem identification, analysis and resolution.

QUALIFICATIONS:

? A level standard required
? Graduate level or recognised related professional qualification desirable, e.g. Prince II

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:

? Successful track record of providing and managing IT operations support within a banking or other critical environment (minimum 2 years experience) essential
? A successful track record in project/initiative management for client/server application, communication, integration and infrastructure projects
? Successful track record in project initiation and project lifecycle management
? Understanding of Treasury and Wholesale Banking products, with base knowledge of related systems and communications techniques
? Demonstrate business analyst experience within the financial sector and preferably within a wholesale banking environment
? Understanding of relevant regulatory, legal, compliance and audit requirements
? Ability to negotiate with service providers and counterparties
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
? A background of working with relational and non-relational databases including SQL report writing and data mining
